Stairs to the upper level

The trap door is the access to storage in the attic - now there's stacks of room, with steps that fold down. As for the layout: the bathroom is on the right as is the 3rd bedroom, currently used as a TV room. On the left are the other 2 bedrooms all separated by the landing.

By the way..this is a Queen size bed..

Of the three double bedrooms upstairs it was decided to make the smaller into a morning sunroom/tv room. It's nicest in the Winter with the sun coming in on an otherwise colder day - a nice start to the morning..

And upstairs...

Now for the inside..the kitchen is completely separate from the living/dining room and can be closed off by a door between the two areas.

Phew!..there has been a few parties around here..and much enjoyed..
